Fashion phones have come a long way. Where earlier, a fashion phone meant play with colours, now the manufacturers have started given due importance to its shape and make. One of such gadget that has raised the industry standard is LG Shine. There is no vivid colours here, nor any secretive style involved, LG shine earns its reputation and popularity due to the substance it is made of. The handset comes with a slider mechanism, with a large screen dominating the external fascia of the handset. LG shine comes wrapped in a stainless steel casing, exuding sleek sophistication.
The first thing that one notices in LG shine, is its external screen. Not because of its size, but because the screen is so reflective that it looks just like a mirror. Which means ladies can do that quick make-up check or flaunt the gadget as some precious jewel. This is also the reason why the model has been called LG shine. Further, the stainless steel casing of the body also extends a shining appeal to the device and makes it look absolutely sensational. The stainless steel casing also makes the handset a little sturdy and robust.
Hidden below the external screen is the real screen. This is only visible when the LG Shine is activated. On sliding, the LG Shine reveals a beautiful keypad. This is also made of stainless steel and forms a brilliant impression when glows in blue. The menu is displayed clearly on the screen and navigation becomes easy with the help of scroll wheel.
For entertainment, the LG shine comes with a 2 Megapixels camera (with digital zoom) and mp3 player.
Other features that makes LG shine a desired handset are- tri-band network that works over GSM 900, GSM 1800 and GSM 1900, Bluetooth, built-in internet, messaging services, and many lifestyle features. The LG shine allows 3 hours talktime and 280 hours standby. While, in terms of measurement, the device is 98 x 51 x 14 mm in size.
